Help Ensure Election Integrity in Nevada

NEVADA

In November, Nevada voters will have the opportunity to secure their election process by voting to require identification when casting a ballot or mailing in a ballot. It is a simple process that Nevadans go through on a regular basis and is a common-sense measure that should have been established years ago.

The Nevada Voter Identification Initiative is on the ballot in Nevada as an initiated constitutional amendment on November 5, 2024.

A “yes” vote supports amending the Constitution to require that Nevada residents present a form of photo identification to verify their identity while voting in person, or to verify their identity using the last four digits of their driver’s license or Social Security number when voting by mail.

Over thirty-six states require some form of identification to vote and Nevada could be number thirty-seven. It is critical that Nevada protects the integrity of its elections by requiring identification.
